Carbis Bay Hotel Estate’s award winning 2 AA-Rosetted Sands Restaurant, situated within the hotel, provides fine dining at its best. Mouth-watering food is accompanied by views of its privately owned beach and across the stunning St Ives Bay.
Reflecting our passion for local, seasonal food, menus are handcrafted daily with 90% of our produce sourced from the local area, offering guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the taste of Cornwall and to try a range of local produce. This also enables us to work with local suppliers and engage with the “Keep it Cornish” campaign, which is one way that we support the local economy. With fresh local fish and shellfish bought daily from St Ives day boats, we can guarantee fresh ingredients.
We pay particular attention to quality in order to ensure that dining with us is a gourmet experience. Choose from our extensive, international wine cellar to complement your meal; we have a wine to suit every palate.
The elegant bar area serves an extensive range of cocktails, fine cognacs and champagnes. The bar menu is available daily between 12 and 3.30 p.m. serving a wide selection – choose, for example, warm ciabattas or pasta through to crab cakes or classic fish and chips. Sample our homemade Victoria sponge with strawberries and cream or choose our traditional Cornish cream tea while you sit and gaze at the sparkling, blue waves of the Celtic Sea.
